Philosophy
Our philosophy is to promote fitness as a lifetime process.  We will emphasize proper technique and fundamentals in footwork, strength training and fitness.

Our goals: Training Highlights The Programs
Strength and Conditioning Program
This program is designed for the tennis athlete to improve all aspects of their game: footwork, agility, strength, speed, technique, explosiveness and reaction. Programs for juniors will be periodized for tournaments. Weekly 1 or 1 1/2 hour sessions and personal sessions.
Personal and Group Training
This program is ongoing and uses both cardio and resistance training. This program has broad ramifications including disease management, weight loss, stress management, recovery and sport specific training. We have 3 certified trainers on staff.
